How long do I have to wait for my lenses?
How long it takes for your order to arrive will depend on our stock status at the time, but your package should normally be with you within 4-10 days. A more precise estimate of delivey time for each product can be viewed at their respective page.
If you've ordered a lens type that's very unusual, or contact lenses that are temporarily out of stock, it may take a bit longer.
You can log in to Netlens at any time and view "My Account". This will give you information on how your order is progressing.
In the rare cases where the lens may be out of stock at the manufacturers as well, and quite simply be impossible to get hold of, the waiting time may be so long that it might be a good idea to order a similar strength, or to switch to a different type of lens. In these cases, you should consult an optician before changing your order.
We do not compensate for delays caused by circumstances outside Netlen’s control, for example delays in the postal service (Royal mail), or any delays due to the product being out of stock at our supplier.
