Your order
Above is a menu where you'll see "Select your product". Click on the kind of lenses you want in the drop-down menu that appears.
This then takes you to a page where you provide some details regarding the lenses you want to order:
Power: The strength of the prescription for each eye. A minus sign before the strength indicates shortsightedness, and a plus sign indicates longsightedness.
Base curve: How convex should your lenses be? Look at your old lens pack for the abbreviation "BC", and then enter the figure you see there. You can also ask your optician.
Diameter: How large should your lens be? Again, have a look at your own lens pack to find out.
For "Toric" lenses that correct astigmatism, you also need to state:
Cylinder: How astigmatic are you? Have a look at your old packaging.
Axis: On what meridian is your astigmatism? Have a look at your old packaging (cylinder and axis usually appear directly after the ordinary strength, e.g. -1.75 x 180).
Price
VAT is always included in the prices you see on our site, and we won't charge you anything more except for the delivery charge of £5.00.
Payment
Essentially, we accept VISA and Mastercard.
Delivery charges
We apply a delivery charge of £5.00 to all deliveries, regardless of how much you order. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class.
Delivery times
How long it takes for your order to arrive will depend on our stock status at the time, but your package should normally be with you within 4-10 days. A more precise estimate of delivey time for each product can be viewed at their respective page.
If you've ordered a lens type that's very unusual, or contact lenses that are temporarily out of stock, it may take a bit longer.
You can log in here to Netlens at any time and view "My Account". This will give you information on how your order is progressing.
We do not take responibility or compensate for delays caused by circumstances outside Netlen’s control, for example delays in the postal service (Royal mail), or any delays due to the product being out of stock in our warehouse or at our supplier.
Narrow letterbox?
If you live in an apartment where the letterbox is less than 5 centimetres wide, your postman may have trouble delivering your package to your home. Your package will then be sent to your nearest post office. You'll receive a card the next day which you can use to pick up your package.
Return options
You're entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If we're to approve a return, the goods have to be unaltered and all lens packs must be sealed.
